Our shipping policy for our online store is as follows:

  • We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $300 within the United States.

  • For orders under $300, standard shipping rates will apply.

  • We also ship internationally, with free standard shipping for orders over $500.

  • For international orders under $500, standard shipping rates will apply.

  • Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment and shipped via a reputable carrier.

  • Shipping times vary based on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days for domestic orders, and 7-14 business days for international orders.

  • We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.

​

  • Customers will be provided with a tracking number once their order has shipped, so they can track their package and know when to expect delivery.

  • We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties incurred on international orders.

  • Please note that we only ship to the address provided at the time of purchase, we are not able to redirect orders once they have been shipped.

 

Please note that we are not responsible for any delay or loss of a package caused by the carrier or natural disaster.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our easy return policy for men's clothing at our online store is as follows:​

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any ready-to-wear purchase for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

  • Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping.

  • Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

 

To initiate a return, please email us atinfo@polonomicho.store with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).

  • In addition to our easy return policy for men's clothing, we also want to make sure that our customers understand that we do not offer refunds on made-to-measure or bespoke items.

  • Made-to-measure and bespoke items are specially crafted to meet the individual needs and preferences of our customers. Due to the nature of these items, they are not able to be resold or returned for a refund.

  • If you are purchasing a made-to-measure or bespoke item from us, we highly recommend that you carefully review the measurements and specifications provided by our tailors, and double-check that they are accurate.

 

If you receive a made-to-measure or bespoke item and it is not to your satisfaction, please contact us as soon as possible, we will work with you to come to a resolution.

  • Please also note that custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made to the customer's unique measurements and preferences

Please note that all sale items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
